So I took these photos of a husky. He lives four doors down from the Cambridge Vet Centre. Dr Zhen knows about this dog as it has been in to have it's fur shaved. He advised the owner of the skin problems the dog has and the fact that it is dangerously thin, but the owner didn't like it very much and accused Dr Zhen of giving his dog sickness and diarrhea after it had only been in to have it's coat shaved. Dr Zhen is wary of taking it any further as the man is a neighbour and seems to be of an unpleasant attitude.
Can anyone give me some information about what to do? I would like to take this further, press charges if necessary, but I would like some support and I don't have the knowledge.
